Marketing & Sales, Operations and Finance & Controlling represent a host of challenges and opportunities. And the chance for the trainee to learn and achieve a lot within a short space of time. Sales und Marketing

A major focus in Marketing & Sales is on product management. After all, comprehensive product management plays a pivotal role in determining the success of our business. Operations

In Operations, the focus is on quality management in accordance with Lean Six Sigma. After all, the top quality of our products and services is essential for our successful market position. Here you will find examples of placements and projects in Operations:

Product Management
Emergency lighting units – evaluation of alternative, more environmentally friendly battery technologies. Checking the availability of compatible emergency lighting units and the respective suppliers. Impact on cost situation. Consideration of current market influences. Preparation of implementation across all plants.

Dornbirn plant
Optimisation of material staging and changeover to supply from the Romanian plant.

Logistics
Optimisation of goods receipt, internal logistics and inventory management at a plant in France.

Finance & Controlling

In this department you will learn e.g. how to prepare management reports and coordinate budgets. Or you take care of income, cost and rate of return targets. Or you familiarise yourself with financial accounting standards as well as regula-tory and fiscal requirements. Further possibilities would be placements in Corporate Development or Corporate Control-ling. There will be at least one placement in Controlling as part of your programme.
