What we expect from you.

As well as being able to see “your” products, you want to experience them as well? The fascinating world of light, technology and design inspires you? With the flexibility of our trainee programmes, we offer you the ideal framework for combining these three areas – in the way that is right for you. Immerse yourself in our subject matter and become a “lighting person”.

We also expect a lot from you. You should have attained above-average marks in your university degree. Your specialist subject should either be in the technical field, i.e. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or business and engineering, in the area of business administration and economics with a focus on marketing, finance and controlling or information management, or in the area of architecture.

You have already gained relevant professional experience through internships. You have been able to put your very good English and ideally other language skills to the test during previous experience abroad. As a true allrounder you are quicker than others at developing a global understanding of how processes function and interrelate. That’s why you can organise interfaces perfectly. You are analytical and solution-oriented in your approach, even if you sometimes have to improvise. You see obstacles as an opportunity to overcome them because for you, “the glass is always half full and never half empty”. Your communicative nature enables you to convince others. No wonder that you achieve your best form in a team and within networks. And if you can offer mobility as well, then you will be our first choice.
