Trainees can be found everywhere – but only the Zumtobel Group has TraineeZ. Because TraineeZ is no run-of-the mill trainee programme: as a trainee with the Zumtobel Group you will actively participate in shaping the Z - your programme. Together, we decide which areas and projects are “the right ones” for you. We shall be guided by company requirements – but also by your personal interests and strengths. Each programme is demanding, but flexible and individual at the same time. Simply unique – just like you.

As a trainee you will get to know completely different departments and tasks. This will enable you to gain a solid over-all appreciation of how business processes operate and interrelate. You will find out which task areas suit you and what is needed to do a good job. TraineeZ will equip you for taking on more challenging tasks later on.
