Mr. Hutter is a partner in the Corporate Group of the Shearman & Sterling office in Frankfurt. He is mainly active as a consultant in the field of international capital market law, cross-border corporate acquisition and bank financing. Stephan Hutter began his lawyer’s career at Shearman & Sterling in New York in 1986 and has been a partner since 1995. Dr. Hutter has been a licensed attorney in New York since 1987. Mr. Hutter has been Managing Partner of Shearman & Sterling’s European and Asian capital market law department since 1 January 2008.
