Our employee review meetings lay the groundwork for the individual advancement of each employee.

All employees with direct contact to customers, above all our sales staff, are "ambassadors of light" for the brands of the Zumtobel Group. For this reason all three brands offer a special training programme for these employees.

Lean Six Sigma for production employees

Since Lean Six Sigma was introduced in our plants, production employees have received regular training in this area.

Each year the Zumtobel Group's Leadership Development Programme selects junior managers with outstanding professional and social skills for targeted training measures.
