A company cannot have a sustainable approach to business unless it has clearly defined processes. This is the only way that all specialist departments can work together, like cogs in a well-oiled machine, to prevent wasteful use of resources and to meet customers’ every need.

A process landscape was set up in the Lighting Segment in the year under review in order to improve process transparency. This was achieved by redefining relevant processes and appointing a person who is responsible for each of them, monitors workflows and improves them as required.
